Should not have high expectations for the room rates they charge.

Location

Should provide 2 card keys instead of one. Are boxes of tissues expensive in HCM? Hotel staff said they are not provided. Standard of English is low.

Pleasant stay in Vietnam

The free coffee and the comfortable bed and pillows!! Much better than Koreas. The location was near to the Boardwalk street. A lot of foreigners, bars, coffee shops, and restaurants to choose from.

1st n 2nd night my husband and I stayed in this hotel. Great location friendly and helpful staff especially Ms Thu, she smiling always and patience. 3rd day I moved to eden garden II hotel but we can’t stand the room that it’s not clean, the water wont drain down when showering. We moved back to eden Garden Hotel till last 2 nights. Ms Thu and her colleague helped us checked in a better room. Thanks to hem!

We were just here for the one night and it suited our needs fine. Good location, but nothing flash.

It was practical and the location good. A short walk to 'walking street' but fair enough away that you didnt hear the music from the bars all night.

The walls are not very sound proof. Can hear guests next door, below and above you. Not terrible though and not a problem if they arent noisy guests. However there was construction going on next door which at the time of our stay was quite loud.

The staff change my room and change again...even one day mistake i check out when i pay for 3 days.. 1st day room door spoil cannot close in VIP room upgrade.. No full length bath tub like edengraden ii when i requested for it 2nd day change room... toliet door spoil, the toliet bowl need flush two time and the vent fan is so damm noise Plus my card key cannot access my room . 3rd day my toliet stuff not top up for shower gel and shampoo... Staff take extra money when i come back late ...

The staff kept our passports!

The staff kept our passports! As we checked out early (6am) for our international flight, the staff member who was on clearly didn’t know and we didn’t receive our passports - not knowing that they’d kept them! Got to the airport before realising, making a complete return trip to pick them up. Staff unhappy. Room ok but had to change twice as the bathroom door locked and they couldn’t get it open, and then we were moved again to level 5.

The staff were so rude and extremely slow at check in and check out. I liked nothing really about this place

Eden Garden 1 is ok, but Eden Garden 2 not

We had two nights in Eden Garden 1 where we had no window, but other than that the room was decent and the location is centric. The staff in Eden Garden 1 was helpful.

We spent another night in Eden Garden 2, which was an awful experience. There were cockroaches, I saw 4, and when we went to complain about them, the reception was laughing at us. Luckily someone came to put a spray which made it possible to sleep there one night. There was also loud music from the bar below. The breakfast is quite poor.

Bữa sáng ổn, gần trung tâm

Nhà mình đặt phòng 4 người lớn nhưng sắp xếp cho mình phòng có 1 giường đôi lớn (chỉ nằm đc 2 ng lớn và 1 trẻ em) và 1 giường đơn. Phòng cách âm ko tốt, đối diện ks là quán bar nên khá ồn ào. Lúc đến ks chuyển gd mình sang cơ sở 2 cách đó 1 or 2 nhà nhưng mình thấy cơ sở 1 có vẻ sạch sẽ hơn, cơ sở 2 không gian khá tối, nội thất hơi cũ. Giường đệm lò so làm mình đau lưng + ồn ào từ quán bar nên ko ngủ đc :(.

các nhân viên rất niềm nở...hiếu khách...làm thủ tục nhanh và hổ trợ nhu cầu khách đến ở rất tốt...phòng sạch sẽ...rộng rải...thoáng mát...tiện nghi đầy đủ...tôi thật sự rất hài lòng...xin cảm ơn...

Hai nhân viên phục vụ ăn sáng không niềm nở chút nào . Khách sạn nên có thêm dịch vụ ủi thẳng quần áo...chỉ có giặc mà không thể kèm thêm việc ủi thì cũng hơi bất tiện cho khác đến ở...tôi nghĩ việc ủi quần áo cũng chẳng mấy khó khăn sao khách sạn mình lại không làm thêm được nhỉ...tôi chỉ góp ý kiến như vậy để có được sự tiền ít cho cả và khách sạn cũng sẽ có được sự ủng hộ từ khách hàng nhiều hơn...xin cảm ơn...

Terrible!

Chỗ nghỉ rất ồn ào, hầu như ồn đến 2-3 giờ sáng..Phòng cũ và không sạch lắm. Khi đặt phòng thì chọn Eden Garden nhưng khi lấy phòng thì đưa đến Eden Garden 2 cũ và không sạch sẽ. Nói tóm lại "He cries wine and sells vinegar"!

Phòng 603 rất bẫn. Ko có khen trong phòng tắm. Khách sạn đang sửa chửa, bụi bặm. Giá tiền ko xứng dáng. Nền Phòng cát và bụi . Toi Check in 21h thời gian rất dài đe dọn phong . Nhung thật tồi .

Good location ( địa điểm thuận lợi). Dịch vụ nhanh.

Phòng nhỏ. Ko có ánh sáng. Ồn và bụi vì đang sửa chữa ( khi đặt phòng ko biết điều này). Mới checkin thì ga giường ko đc sạch sẽ như mong đợi. Theo đánh giá là ko thay bedsheet. Có lông ( hair body) của khách cũ. Sử dụng spa tại ks ko thực sự thích. Khi gọi đầu nhân viên tư vấn rất nhiệt tình để khách làm dịch vụ hấp. Nhưng khi mình ko đồng ý làm thì anh đó ( có lẽ là chủ) gọi 1 ng nhân viên nữ ra đổi . Khi gội xong ko biết còn dầu xả tóc hay ko nhưng nv bảo là c ơi nhà e hết r nên c gội ko nhé. WTF? Thực sự cảm thấy ko hài lòng 1 chút nào

Mình đi chung vs mẹ và em gái, chủ yếu đi chơi cả ngày nên buổi tối về chỉ muốn đi ngủ. Nhưng tối nào cũng có nhạc to đến gần 2h sáng, vì vậy những gia đình có con nhỏ, cần sự yên tĩnh về đêm thì k nên ở phố Bùi Viện nói chung và Ksan nói riêng :). Mình có phản ánh vs nvien nên đc chuyển lên lầu cao hơn, tuy nhiên vẫn còn ồn. Nhưng những bạn thích thích đi chơi về đêm thì có thể chọn eden garden hotel
